- Delivery time
Shipments are made by express courier with delivery within 5 working days from the order confirmation when paying cash on delivery, or within 5 working days from the date of money transfer in case of payment through advanced bank transfer. Delivery times higher than those indicated depend on impediments found by the carrier and are not to be considered binding to Pasta Apulia; however, in case of inconvenience related to shipping, please contact our customer service who will carry them out and to facilitate the delivery. - Goods reception
On receiving the goods, carefully follow the instructions below:- check that the number of packages received corresponds to the number of packages specified in the list you are signing;
- check the integrity of the package and, in case of tampering and/or breakage, affix the words “I accept with control reserve”, indicating the reason;
- in case of acceptanceof the package with the words “I accept with control reserve”, pleasetake pictures to the package beforeand after its opening and send them to:info@pastapulia.com.
Only in this way it will be possible to advance complaints to the carrier.
