Lasagne with artichokes and sausage
Ingredients
for 4 people
- 250 g lasagne by Pasta Apulia
- 3 artichokes
- 2 sausages
- 1 shallot
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 300 g di béchamel
- 350 g di mozzarella cheese
- 60 g di Parmesan cheese
- Lemon for the artichokes
Preparation
Remove the outer and hard leaves of the artichokes, cut the top of the tender leaves and the external part of the stem. Divide the artichokes in half and put them in cold water acidulated with lemon juice to prevent blackening.
Chop the shallot and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil; add the artichokes cut into slices and cook until the artichokes are tender and salt.
While the artichokes are cooking, crumble the sausages and brown in a frying pan. Add the cooked artichokes and the sausages to the béchamel, then stir.
Bring to boil a pot with salted water, cook the lasagne sheets by pasta Apulia, drain and dry on a kitchen towel.
On the bottom of the pan pour the béchamel and create some layers of lasagne; the béchamel is added to artichokes and sausages, diced mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Continue alternating the pasta to the sauce until all the ingredients will be completed.
Bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
