Pennette Arrabiata by Pasta Apulia
Simple, fast and slightly spicy. “Pennette Arrabiataby Pasta Apulia”. You just need a simple sauté of oil, garlic and chilli. Brown the bacon and add the peeled tomatoes. Enrich with a pinch of oregano and a sprinkling of fresh parsley. You will geta tasty dish!
Ingredients
for 4 people
- 320 g striped penne by Pasta Apulia
- 350 g cherry tomatoes orpeeled tomatoes
- 200 g bacon
- 4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic glove
- parsley and e oregano as needed
- chili as needed
- sale as needed
Preparation
In a pan fry oil, garlic and hot pepper (add pepper as needed per your choice). Add then bacon and cherry tomatoes or peeled tomatoes, and continue the cooking for 5 minutes.
Cook the penne by Pasta Apulia in salted water, drain when al dente and sauté in the pan to finish the cooking. Serve and garnish with a sprinkling of chopped parsley and a pinch of oregano.
